Shine on you crazy diamonds

Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned…  Phil. 4:8b-9a

The more facets a diamond has, the brighter it shines. As we individually seek to translate “lovely” and “excellent” into practice, the application of those intangibles might display different facets of loveliness or excellence from person to person. Our collective response to God’s infinite goodness shines brighter than any one life can.

Lord, thank you for those who shine in different ways than I do.
